Can I update a past booking?
Updating past bookings is NOT possible. This is because they are considered 'historical bookings' in the system.
Once a booking in the system is in the past, they are read-only and kept as-is for compliance reasons.
What if I need to update someone's flu vaccination?
You are able to action these types of updates prior to the arrival of the visitor.
Another option would be to make a new booking for the visitor for their next visit. As this future booking will be pending in the system, you'll be able to update the flu vaccination attachment.
